Then there were Five

As the Faul Family grew so did the State of New Jersey. Ever keen on economics, the senior Faul quickly figured out he could optomize on his property taxes by flooding the school with offspring. Sometime in 1950, Little Ferry passed an oridinance limiting families to five children. (I think John still has this suit. I have my tie.)
